User Guide ( Parent APP)

Getting Started

Once you receive your WINGIO device by post, it’s already set up and ready to go. To begin managing it:

  1. Go to: https://parent.mywingio.com/login

  2. Log in using the email and password you used during your purchase.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you will see the WINGIO Parent Dashboard. This is your control center for everything on your child’s phone.

Manage Your Child’s Profile

  • Select your child’s registered profile. 

  • Click the pencil icon ✏️ to:

    • Edit your child’s name

    • Update birth month and birth year

    • Choose or change the profile picture

  • Click Save to apply changes.

Notifications

Click the bell icon 🔔 to view all notifications from the WINGIO App and Browser.

Live Location

View child’s real-time location on the map displayed on the dashboard.

Activity & App Usage Reports

  • Activity Section: View which apps were used daily or weekly.

  • Most Used Apps: Shows the apps your child uses the most.

  • Most Used Categories: See apps grouped by categories (e.g. Education, Games, Social). Click on a category to view apps within that group.

Setting Screen Time Limits

Group App Time Limit

  1. Enable a group of apps.

  2. Turn on Daily Limit.

  3. Set how much time the apps can be used daily.

  4. Click Save.

Individual App Time Limit

  1. Click on an app.

  2. Go to the Usage section.

  3. Enable the app and the Daily Limit.

  4. Set the daily time limit (e.g., 30 minutes).

  5. Click Save.

Once the time limit is reached, the app will automatically be disabled. To allow more time, go back to the Usage section, increase the time limit, and click Update.

Managing Apps

View Installed Apps

  • Click Apps from the left menu to view all apps installed on your child’s device.

Add a New App

  1. Search for an app you want to install.

  2. Click Install.

  3. Enable the Daily Limit if you wish.

  4. Set the usage time.

  5. Click Save & Install to install the app remotely.

Requests from Child’s Device

Click Requests from the left menu to see:

  • App install requests

  • App uninstall requests

Browser Logs and URL Control

  • Click Browser Logs from the menu.

  • Enter the website URL you want to block or unblock.

  • Click Add to apply the change.

Payment History

Click Payment History to view:

  • Your transaction details

  • Device serial number

  • Purchase history

Change Your Password

To update your login password:

  1. Click Change Password in the left menu.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Type your new password and confirm it.

  4. Click Update Password.

Logout

To log out:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the left menu.

  • Click Log Out.
