Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your device must:
1. Have been received within the last 30 days.
2. All accessories are returned in original packaging.
3. No damages to the mobile device and accessories including the original packaging.
Return Process
- Please backup all your data and delete the data from the device
- Please take photos of all the items and send them via email to support@mywingio.com. Please include the IMEI/ serial number that can be found on the box of the mobile device.
- We will send you a return label and instructions via email.
