Warranty

At Wingio, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all our devices to provide you with peace of mind. If you experience any issues covered by the warranty, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the claims process. We recommend registering your Wingio device upon purchase to ensure prompt and efficient service.

Warranty Coverage

  • The Wingio warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

  • To make a warranty claim, you must provide the original proof of purchase, and your device’s serial number must be complete and undamaged.

  • The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

Warranty Periods

Product Component - Warranty Period

Wingio Phone - 24 months

Battery - 12 months

Charger - 12 months

Accessories - 12 months

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, such as cracked or smashed screens, deep scratches, or dents that affect device operation, is not covered under warranty.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to liquids will void the warranty. Wingio devices have internal indicators to detect liquid exposure1.

  • Damage to ports (e.g., headphone or charging ports) due to misuse or foreign objects is not covered. If a port is damaged and requires replacement, this will be a chargeable repair.

  • Faults caused by use of non-approved accessories, unauthorized repairs, or modifications are not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues arising from neglect or improper use are excluded.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Ensure you have your original proof of purchase and your device’s serial number.

  2. Contact Wingio Support through our website or customer service line.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Additional Information

  • If your device does not power on, ensure it is charged for at least 20 minutes before contacting support.

  • Charging or power issues may be related to the charger or cable, not the device itself. Please test with an alternate charger if possible1.

  • If your device is within the warranty period and develops a battery fault, it will be covered. Devices older than the warranty period are not eligible for free repairs or replacements.
